At InMeeZ, customer safety, hygiene, and product integrity are our highest priorities.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, most items sold in our store are not eligible for return or refund once shipped, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations regarding hygiene-sensitive goods.

1. Non-returnable items (Hygiene & Safety)

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable once shipped:

  • Intimate and personal products, including dildos, vibrators, anal toys

  • Lingerie and underwear

  • BDSM and fetish equipment, including whips, paddles, restraints, and similar items

  • Any item that comes into direct contact with the body

  • Lubricants, oils, and cosmetic products

  • Batteries or electronic components once opened

  • Any item with a broken hygiene seal or damaged original packaging

Once the hygiene seal is broken, the item is no longer eligible for return or refund.

2. When returns or refunds may be accepted

A return, replacement, or refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived defective

  • The item was damaged during transport

  • You received the incorrect product

To process such claims, we may request the following:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping label

This information is required to investigate the issue with our logistics partners.

3. Time limit for claims

All refund, replacement, or return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

4. Resolution method

If a claim is approved, one of the following solutions may be offered, depending on the situation:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund to the original payment method

The resolution method is determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
